📦 How to Request a Return or Replacement

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or ship a replacement.
💸 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
